Turn an old T-shirt into a useful shopping bag, then use the leftover recycled fabric scraps to make necklaces, bracelets, headbands, wrist cuffs and/or hats. Bring an old T-shirt if you have one you would like to transform; there will also be T-shirts available for you to use. For teens and adults.
